▪ Granite stone platform with Stainless steel / Granite sink, ceramic tiles with dado up to 4’ height.

TOILETS

▪ Ceramic tiles flooring and dado up to 7’0’’ height with standard fixtures.

ELECTRICAL

▪ Concealed copper wiring and high quality modular switches with adequate number of points.

PAINTING

▪ OBD for internal, cement based colours for exterior walls and enamel paint for wooden works and grills.

LIFT

▪ Five passenger capacity self operated lift of standard make.
